Zeta named a Strong Performer in The Forrester Wave™: Cross-Channel Marketing Hubs, Q4 2024

In this evaluation, Zeta received the highest possible scores in several criteria, including Email, Social Media and Advertising, Customer Strategy Optimisation, Pricing Flexibility and Transparency, and Supporting Services and Offerings.

The Forrester report stated, “Zeta Global out-markets other CCMH vendors with its own consumer data for 240 million individuals and over 100 million households. It also goes to market with a proprietary identity graph and services to help brands match and enrich customer data.” We believe this deep data and identity foundation gives marketers a significant edge when personalising their campaigns and connecting with audiences.

Zeta received the highest score possibles in the Email and Social Media and Advertising criteria, which we believe is a testament to our strong performance when delivering high-impact, individualised marketing campaigns across channels. The Forrester report also stated that “All references echoed one who described Zeta Global as a tremendous partner—like an extension of our team.”

In this report, Quadrant emphasised Zeta’s strength in technology and customer impact. According to the evaluation, “From a technology excellence perspective, Zeta Global’s MMH platform serves as an innovative customer-centric marketing platform, prioritising the strategic planning, orchestration, and optimisation of marketing initiatives.” This recognition highlights how Zeta helps brands strategically plan and execute marketing efforts across multiple channels.
